Delivery Costs

For delivery to Mainland U.K, there will be a delivery charge of £20.00 exc. VAT for any order under £200.00 nett (free of charge if over) with the exception of the below.

All orders that include 3m threaded rod, 3m plastic cover or 3m rod & cover will be subject to a £35 delivery charge if delivered in England and under £200.00 nett (free of charge if over).

All orders that include 3m threaded rod, 3m plastic cover or 3m rod & cover will be subject to a £45 delivery charge if delivered in Scotland and under £200.00 nett (free of charge if over).

All orders with BLOCO ONE will be subject to a £10.00 delivery charge if delivered in England and under £200.00 (free of charge if over).

All orders with BLOCO ONE will be subject to a £12.50 delivery charge if delivered in Scotland and under £200.00 (free of charge if over).

If your order has Aquaflow gutter accessories, you will be subject to a delivery charge of £20.00 exc. VAT in both England & Scotland. If your order has Aquaflow gutter and/or downpipe, you will be subject to a delivery charge of £60.00 if delivered in England and £70.00 if delivered in Scotland. If your order has both gutter and/or downpipes as well as gutter accessories, you will be subject to a delivery charge of £60.00 if delivered in England and £70.00 if delivered in Scotland

Lead Times

Below are approximate lead times of our products. If you would like a more accurate lead time, please call our sales office.

Breather Membranes, certain RoofLITE+ Roof Windows & Flashings, Conservatory Roof Components, Telescopic Satin Chrome Poles, Flashing Tapes, Expanding Foam Tapes, Aluminium Tapes and Gutter Sealing Tapes are despatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm and are in stock. If you would like a more accurate lead time on these items, please call our sales office.

Velux products have a lead time of 2-20 working days, depending on the item.

All Dakea products also have a lead time of 2-20 working days, depending on the item.

All Glazing Bar Systems products have varied lead times and is location dependent. They are usually delivered within 7-10 working days. If you would like an accurate lead time, please call our sales office

Evolution canopies have a lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks for standard frame colours. Bespoke frame colours have a lead time of approximately 3-6 weeks.

All roof lanterns have a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks from sign off.

All Metrotile products have a lead time of approximately 2-3 working days.

All Britmet products have varying lead times. Please contact the office for a delivery date.

All blinds suitable for RoofLITE+ roof windows have a lead time of approximately 5-10 working days.

All Composite Decking & Artificial Grass has a lead time of approximately 7-10 working days. All Cladding products currently have a lead time of 5-6 weeks. Please note that there may be a surcharge for delivery of these items to Scotland & East Anglia. Please call our sales office for more information.

Please note that due to global shortages on a variety of raw materials, there may be delays with some deliveries, due to couriers or supplier issues.
