Manthorpe G1200N Over Fascia Vent – Pack of 20
The Manthorpe Over Fasica Vent have been design as a discreet entry point for airflow into the eaves of the property.
Mounted to the top of the fascia board and sandwiched below the eaves course of tiles, it provides 10,000mm² of continuous airflow.
They are robust enough to be used with various roof tiles from large format profiled tiles to small plain tiles and even slates.
This vent has been designed with clear fixing points and come complete with a built in flyscreen.
The versatile products can be placed between rafter bays to ventilate an open eaves detail and are also suitable for use in flat roof abutment situations.
This product is also compatible with Metrotile systems and other solid tile conservatory roofs.
Available in 1 metre lengths and in black.
