Easy-Trim 1.5m x 50m Vista Breather Membrane 162g/sqm
The Easy-Trim Vista breather membrane is a vapour permeable, water resistant and airtight solution for various applications such as warm, cold and hybrid roofs.
It allows vapour to escape from the inside, but also repels rainwater from the outside, resulting in a minimisation of condensation within the roof space.
Each of the Easy-Trim membranes are manufactured with a superior 3-layer bond system, which contributes to excellent tensile strength and tear resistance.
They are also UV stable for up to 3 months and can be used for timber & metal framed constructions as well as Scottish sarking boards.
The Vista breather membrane exceeds various quality standards such as BBA (certified for warm and cold roof applications BBA 10/4753 and complies to all wind zones 1-5.
It also conforms to BS 5534.2014 Annex A and Type LR Underlay to BS 5250, all of which offer an assured peace of mind for your roof.
