Easy-Trim Telescopic Underfloor Vent – Pack of 20
The Easy-Trim Telescopic Underfloor Vent facilitates airflow from beneath suspended floors through the cavity.
They are adjustable vertically to extend through various brick course and is designed to fit an Easy-Trim Air Brick Vent.
If you use the underfloor vent horizontally, we recommend Cavity Sleeves too.
The rear features a grille to prevent the entry of vermin, large insects and debris that could cause blockages.
Application:Â Below suspended timber and beam and block floors.
They are supplied in packs of 20 and are available in Grey polypropylene only.
They provide free airflow of 6600 mm2, are durable and resistant to decay and satisfies all NHBC requirements.
They also conform to all relevant British Standards and are manufactured to BS EN 9001 : 2014.
