Electric Roof Window Opener with Remote Control & Rain Sensor (AMC) – Suitable for RoofLITE+ & Dakea

The Electric Roof Window Opener is the perfect solution for roof windows that are installed out-of-reach.

This electric opener consists of a motor unit with all necessary wiring, a rain sensor and a remote control for easy operation.

When installing the motor, it is placed at the bottom of the window frame, where the handle and striking plate are normally located

This will work in conjunction with the remote control to open and close your roof window.

The chain has been manufactured to handle all sizes of centre-pivot roof windows and will open them as far as 200 mm.

Please note that this motor is not suitable for slim frame roof windows.

Worried about leaving your window open in the rain?

The rain sensor, which is situated outside of the roof window will detect rain and automatically close your roof window.

This automated operation will ensure that the room below remains dry.

This offers real peace of mind whenever you aren’t at home or asleep.

The AMC100 Electric Opener is compatible with various roof windows from RoofLITE, RoofLITE+ and Dakea.

However, it is not compatible with slim frame roof windows such as the RoofLITE+ SLIM VENT roof window.

This opener can also work with io-homecontrol® system.

Please note that this motor will be delivered in a separate package to the roof window and is not delivered attached to the roof window.
